Great. Two bowls ordered to be picked up. The lady on the phone was very nice, food could be picked up 20 minutes later. Everything was very fresh, appetizingly beautiful to look at, well seasoned, the salmon was a poem. Then the sushi will be tried out. A real asset to the Gallus. Please continue!

Oh my god that's great! I had ordered "Sake Flamed Bowl" to be picked up. Never eaten such a good bowl. The salmon was only briefly seared on the outside and had a very gentle, noble grill taste. Hammer! Please stay with us at the Gallus.
